We have a charming and comfortable Bed & Breakfast housed in the historic McKinstry School (1875) and located in one of northwest Michigan's most scenic areas. Guests have convenient access to some of the best beaches, lakes, golf courses and resorts in the country. We are only 7 miles from Frankfort, 10 miles from Crystal Mountain Resort, 4 miles from the Watervale Resort, 30 minutes away from Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and less than an hour away from Traverse City.

Our large suite and poolside guest house both rent for $89 per night or $99 with breakfast (both come with swimming pool privileges). Rates subject to change and subject to 6% sales tax.
